Policies

Membership Application
- Interested individuals or organizations can apply for membership by completing the official membership application form. - Applicants must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the application form. - Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the Organization. - Membership dues, if applicable, must be paid in full at the time of application submission.
Dues and Fees
Membership will be determined by the Organization's Board of Directors and communicated to members annually. The Organization reserves the right to revise membership dues with prior notice to the members.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to promote respectful and inclusive behavior towards fellow members, staff, volunteers, and participants in all interactions related to the organization. Compliance with Policies: Members must comply with all applicable policies, guidelines, and procedures established by the OrganizationCommunication and Feedback: Members are encouraged to provide feedback, suggestions, and ideas to improve the Organization's programs, services, and policies. Membership Renewal: All memberships expire on December 31 of the current year. Members are responsible for renewing their membership annually.
Membership Termination
Membership may be terminated for reasons including but not limited to: - non-payment of dues - violation of the Organization's code of conduct - engaging in activities detrimental to the Organization's mission and reputation - any other behavior inconsistent with the values and objectives of the Organization
Amendments to Membership Policy
This Membership Policy may be amended or modified by the Organization's Board of Directors as necessary. Any changes to the Membership Policy will be communicated to the members in a timely manner, providing reasonable notice of the amendments.By becoming a member of the American Society of Community Health & Athletic Development, individuals and organizations acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Policy. Together, we can make a transformative impact on community health and athletic development, empowering individuals to lead healthier lives and reach their true potential.
Safesport Requirements
- Athletes and Club Participants 18 Years of Age and older: - SafeSport Training (Required Annually). - 8 Years of Age and Older: - SafeSport Training (Required Annually) - Background Check (Required Every 2 Years)
